Shuttle Services

Morning Shuttles

Morning shuttles have been scheduled as per team requests. Shuttles will pick up athletes, coaches and team volunteers* in front of host hotels.

Please only board the shuttle in your team’s timeslot. If you miss your shuttle time in the morning, you will have to wait until all of the scheduled teams have been taken care of before being shuttled to the fields. Do not miss your morning shuttle!

You may take any shuttle that is in front of your hotel. If you are counting your team to make sure everyone is there, please do so before you board, as your whole team may not be on the same shuttle.

Return Shuttles

After the morning shuttle schedule, shuttles will run on a loop following the first end time of the day. Return shuttles will run in a loop to all host hotels (Sawridge Inn, Delta Edmonton South, Radisson Edmonton South) so you may board any shuttle. Please verify the shuttle return loop times at disc central when you arrive at the fields.

Social Events and Finals

Shuttles will be provided on a continuous loop between the Delta Edmonton South host hotel and Oilfield Technical Society from 8pm-3pm on Saturday night.

Shuttles will be provided on a continuous loop between the Delta Edmonton South host hotel and fields from 8:30 am – 12:30pm on Sunday.

*Please note that shuttles are provided for athletes, coaches and team volunteers only. Additional spectators or chaperones can use the complimentary team parking passes or volunteer at the event for free parking.
